Our special friend and winemaker, Graeme Wilson from Windy Ridge Winery (award winning winery from Foster Victoria), shares his knowledge of wine making, trusting your palette and other topics of discussion over an intimate luncheon for a group of 8-10. 2008 saw The Gilded Lily host three wine maker dinners with local winemakers from the Southern Gippsland Wine Trail. Each event booked out quickly making evident this is what our clients want! A series of dinners is planned for 2009 where we will explore other regions of Gippsland and Victoria. Each menu is exclusive to the wines being showcased by the winemaker. I would like to know more about upcoming wine maker’s dinners. |

The Gilded Lily will explore cuisine from around our globe and give our diners the opportunity to sample food from other nations without the need to drive to the city! On some occasions, we have some special guests joining us to help cook up a storm from their native countries (wait until you try the curries from our friends from Sri Lanka!) I would like to know more about themed dinners. |
